BALTIMORE — A 40-year-old man from Windsor County was arrested following an incident in Baltimore yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Christopher Merritt was actively violating his conditions of release ordered by the court at around 6:55 p.m.
Folllowing an investigation, police say that Merritt was in violation of his conditions.
He was arrested at Springfield Police Department, where he was processed for the violation.
He was ordered to be held on $200 bail at Southern State Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
