RICHFORD — A 49-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Richford yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation on Troy Street at around 7:20 p.m.
Police allege that Billy R. Pecor, of Richford, assaulted a 58-year-old man from Richford.
Police say that Pecor drove his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and while having his privilege to operate a motor under a criminal suspension.
Pecor was arrested, transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing, and lodged at the Northwestern Correctional Facility.
