PLAINFIELD — A 51-year-old man from Washington was cited for aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Plainfield early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault taking place in a home on School Street at around 4:50 a.m.
Troopers responded to the scene and met with the victim.
Following an investigation, police allege that Moss Palmer, of Olympia, Washington, had assaulted the complainant causing injury.
Palmer was issued a citation to appear in court on Monday and released.
