DANBY — A 40-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Danby on Wednesday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at around 6:45 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Michael Bowen, of Danby, committed the crime of domestic assault.
Bowen was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
After processing, Bowen was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
