RUTLAND — A 27-year-old man from Rutland City was arrested following an incident in West Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight on Marble Street at around 6:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Devin Pierro caused pain and/or injury to a family or household member.
Police say Pierro was in violation of his conditions of release, prevented another from contacting 911, and drove a vehicle without the owner’s consent after stealing another’s property.
Pierro was later located, placed into custody, and transported to the Rutland barracks for processing.
He was lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility and issued conditions of release to include appearing in court today.
