FAIR HAVEN — A Rutland man was arrested on May 16, following an investigation into a reported larceny at a local grocery store.
Coy A. Hill, 41, is accused of stealing alcohol from Shaws on Washington Street and fleeing without paying.
Hill admitted to his involvement during an interview with the police.
He is due to appear in Rutland District court to answer to the charges.
