NASHUA — The Nashua Police Department has arrested James Tsoumbanikas, 37, of Dracut, Massachusetts, on a warrant for felony receiving stolen property.
Tsoumbanikas was accused of selling stolen items at Trade Land, located on Daniel Webster Highway, according to a report from the Lowell Police Department received by Nashua detectives on September 27, 2016.
The detectives identified Tsoumbanikas as the person responsible for the sale, and a warrant for his arrest was granted after reviewing his criminal record, which showed two prior theft-related convictions.
Tsoumbanikas was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on June 15.
