NASHUA — A man has been arrested in Nashua on an outstanding warrant for second-degree assault and four counts of simple assault in connection with a domestic violence incident.
Police say 23-year-old Kerlen Rodrigues Andrade, of Malden, Massachusetts, allegedly assaulted and strangled his ex-girlfriend during a physical altercation on May 8.
Detectives investigated the incident and obtained an arrest warrant for Andrade.
He was released on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear at Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District on June 15.
