MANCHESTER — The Hillsborough County Superior Court (North) has announced the issuance of 134 indictments for 67 individuals.
The charges range from violent crimes and theft to drug and child sexual abuse charges.
The indictments include several violent crimes, such as John Delee of Salem, who allegedly shot and killed Timothy Pouliot.
Carlos Marsach of Manchester was indicted for rioting, having allegedly exchanging gunfire with a group of five individuals, resulting in a person being shot.
Eric Mayville of Webster was indicted for criminal threatening after allegedly raising an ax and threatening four people.
The indictments also included several crimes against minors, such as Candace Krauklin and Steven Legault of Manchester, who were both indicted for criminal restraint and reckless conduct, after allegedly locking a child who was a family member in a sunroom that contained animal and human feces and urine.
Travis Allard of Manchester was indicted for possession of child sexual abuse images and manufacturing methamphetamine.
Some of the other indictments include theft and fraud charges, as well as driving incidents and miscellaneous charges.
Shawn Cadieux, of Manchester, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking, and robbery, after allegedly forcing someone out of a cargo van and stealing it.
The court reminds the public that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
