GUILFORD — A 37-year-old man was cited for petit larceny following an incident in Guilford on Monday.
Authorities say they were notified of stolen cash from a farm stand on Weatherhead Hollow Road at around 3:35 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Nicholas Prue stole the cash.
Prue was later issued a criminal citation to appear in court on June 27.
