BARRE — A 34-year-old man was cited for grand larceny following an incident in Barre.
Authorities say they were notified of a stolen ATV at a home on Merchant Street at around 2:50 p.m. on April 22.
Police say that the ATV was stolen from a property in Washington the day before.
It was returned to its owner on April 23.
John Stelzl was issued a citation to appear in court for the offense.
