Concord woman arrested on felony drug charges

CONCORD — A woman from Concord is facing multiple felony drug charges after two separate investigations by the Concord Police Department.

Robin Lane, 55, was arrested on March 9, after officers from the Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (P.O.P.) Unit conducted a drug investigation at a Walmart in Concord.

She was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug (x3).

The investigation was initiated after a call from the public about an individual who was seen inserting a needle into her arm in the Walmart parking lot.

Lane was found to be in possession of approximately 13 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 1 gram of methamphetamine, 1 gram of cocaine, and over $2,000 in US Currency.

On April 17, officers from the Department’s Patrol Division conducted a traffic stop which resulted in Lane being charged with operating while a habitual offender, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled drug.

She was found to be in possession of approximately 25 grams of heroin/fentanyl.

Lane was also wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Methuen, Massachusetts Police Department for possession of heroin.

Lane is currently being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, NH, pending arraignment in the Merrimack County Superior Court.

This investigation was supported by Operation Granite Shield, a grant-funded initiative targeting illegal drug trafficking in local communities.
