RUTLAND — A 35-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Police say they observed a motor vehicle operating on State Place at around 7:50 p.m.
The vehicle parked at the Rutland State Police barracks and a party identified as Seth Mormile, of Rutland, exited the vehicle and approached the barracks.
While speaking with troopers, Mormile displayed numerous indicators of impairment.
Troopers further learned that Mormile has active pretrial conditions of release, not to consume alcohol.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and violation of conditions of release and transported to the Rutland City Police Department for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on April 24 to answer to the charges of DUI #4 and violations of conditions of release.
