RUTLAND – Vermont State Police troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a domestic dispute in the early morning hours of April 1, in the town of West Rutland.
The incident led to the discovery that Devin M. Pierro, a 27-year-old resident of Rutland, was in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Pierro was located and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, to answer to the offense of violation of conditions of release.
The incident occurred at around 5:00 a.m.
