CHARLOTTE – The Vermont State Police is investigating an underage drinking party that took place on Friday at a private residence on Windswept Lane in Charlotte.
Troopers responded to reports of the party late Friday night and arrived at the scene at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Upon arrival, troopers found multiple juveniles on the property, with several of them under the influence of alcohol.
As a result, troopers issued diversion paperwork for consumption of alcohol by a minor.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing, and no further information is available at this time.
