MANCHESTER — Three people have been arrested following three separate incidents that took place in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The first incident occurred on February 14, 2023, when a 21-year-old man by the name of Michael Guerrero was arrested by the Manchester Police Department.
Guerrero was accused of threatening an individual with a firearm and damaging their property.
The victim reported that Guerrero approached him, pulled out a gun, and pointed it at him before taking his cell phone and smashing it on the ground.
The police were able to identify Guerrero and charged him with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Mischief, and Simple Assault. Guerrero’s arraignment is scheduled for March 31, 2023.
The second incident took place on March 3, 2023, at approximately 9:15 PM, when the Manchester Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident on Weston Road between South Willow and Jewett Streets.
The accident involved a head-on collision between a 2003 Jeep Cherokee and a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon.
Both drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, the police established probable cause to arrest Emmanuel Lopez-Ortiz, a 34-year-old Manchester resident who had been driving the Jeep at the time of the crash.
Lopez-Ortiz was charged with DUI Aggravated Collision w/ Serious Injury and was released on $1000 cash/surety bail.
His arraignment is scheduled for April 7, 2023.
The third and final incident involved a 19-year-old man by the name of Michael Bussiere, who turned himself in to the Manchester Police Department on March 7, 2023, in connection with an incident that occurred on December 11, 2022.
According to reports, Bussiere was involved in an incident at the BJ’s Wholesale Club at 200 John E Devine Drive, where he and his accomplices were drifting in the parking lot, creating a hazard for people walking to their vehicles.
When an employee asked them to leave, they began yelling obscenities and throwing things outside their vehicle.
The employee again asked them to leave, and that’s when the driver pointed a gun at him.
The car then left the parking lot and was later found unoccupied in a nearby lot. T
he police identified Bussiere as the vehicle’s owner and established probable cause to issue a warrant for his arrest.
Bussiere was charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon.
