BRISTOL — A 34-year-old man was cited following an incident in Bristol yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Thomas Utter, of Bristol, had violated court-ordered conditions of release.
He also had an abuse prevention order against him.
Police say that Utter was in violation of both.
He was issued a citation to appear in court the following business day.
