2 arrested in connection with Manchester shooting

MANCHESTER — Police have arrested two people in connection with a shooting that happened outside Yee Dynasty on South Willow Street last month.

On December 30, authorities say they located one victim with a gunshot wound.

Police say his injuries were non-life threatening and he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Several people had gotten into an argument inside the restaurant.

The group left the restaurant and continued to argue in the parking lot.

During this altercation, a gun was fired.

Through the investigation, police were able to establish probable cause to issue warrants for Joseph Davis, 37, of Manchester, and Ramon Ramos, 40, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, in connection with the incident.

Ramos faces charges of first-degree assault with a firearm and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.

Davis was charged with criminal mischief, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.

Davis was arraigned at an earlier date and Ramos will be arraigned today in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.
