CLARENDON — A 56-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Clarendon.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Creek Road on December 23, at around 7:15 p.m.
The driver was identified as Wayne Surrell, of Clarendon.
During the interaction, Surrell displayed several indicators of impairment and was screened for DUI.
He was taken into custody for driving under the influence and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing.
After processing, he was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
