ATHENS — A 41-year-old man was arrested for DUI in Athens on Wednesday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Vermont Route 35 and Mill Hill Road at around 11:10 a.m.
Police say that the driver, Jeremy Peach, of Athens, had been traveling north on Vermont Route 35 when he lost control of his vehicle.
The vehicle went off the road and overturned.
Police say that Peach showed signs of impairment.
He was placed under arrest for the offense.
