NORWICH — A 19-year-old student was arrested in Norwich on Monday.
Authorities were notified of an intoxicated student on Norwich University who was being disorderly and threatening with a knife.
Police say they took the youthful offender into custody.
He was logged at Northeast Correctional on charges of criminal threatening and aggravated disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned at court later that day.
