ORLEANS — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in Orleans yesterday.
Authorities were notified of several gun shots being fired in the area of Church and Maple Street at around 11:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police identified a location within a parking area on Church Street where the suspect fired a number of rounds.
Police say it appears the shooting was directed at a vehicle which fled the scene.
No injuries were reported, and police say they are actively investigating this incident.
