BRATTLEBORO — A 57-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Brattleboro yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a single-vehicle crash on I-91 south at around 8:00 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Frank B. Curtis Jr. of Brattleboro.
Police say that Curtis showed signs of impairment and had operated his vehicle on a public highway.
Curtis was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Vermont State Police – Westminster barracks for processing.
He was cited to appear in court to answer to the charge.
