CANAAN — A 34-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Canaan early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of an active fight at a home at Canaan Mobile Home Park at around 3:00 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Nicholas Phillips had assaulted a household member.
Phillips was arrested and transported to the State Police Derby barracks for processing.
