WARREN — A 74-year-old man from Florida was arrested for assault in Warren yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute at a home on West Hill Extension at around 8:30 p.m.
Police say that John Fuller, of Newport, FL, had caused bodily harm to a 64-year-old woman from Warren.
Fuller was arrested and released with a citation to appear in court today to answer the charge.
According to the report, he is facing a charge of simple assault.
