ST. JOHNSBURY — A 59-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release following an incident in St. Johnsbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of man threatening a passenger and refusing to exit a Rural Community Transport vehicle in the area of Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital at around 2:10 p.m.
Troopers arrived on the scene and met with witnesses and the accused, identified as Ralph Morale Jr., of St. Johnsbury.
Following an investigation, it was found that Morale was in violation of multiple court-ordered conditions.
The court was contacted, and Morale was lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
He was cited to appear in court for the offenses.
