IRASBURG — Another case of vandalism was reported in Irasburg this morning. Over the weekend it was a home next door to a large party that was vandalized, having a window smashed out after someone through a rock at it, and last night it was a parked vehicle that was damaged.
Adam Jones, 32, of Irasburg, called police this morning to report that his vehicle had been vandalized at the pull off located at Under the Hill Road and Vermont Route 58.
Apparently Jones had left his vehicle parked at the location sometime after dark last night. Jones told police that when he came to pick it up between 7:00 – 7:30 a.m. this morning, he noticed it had been vandalized.
The vehicle had damage to the front windshield. It also had damage on the grill and front bumper, and the front right headlight had been kicked out.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact the Vermont State Police who are investigating the incident.
