ISLE LA MOTTE — A 19-year-old man from Grand Isle was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Isle La Motte early this morning.
The crash took place on Main Street at around 12:10 a.m.
According to the report, the driver was headed at a high rate of speed when he left the road into a tree.
Police say the driver showed indications of alcohol impairment and was processed at the hospital for driving under the influence.
Police say the arraignment date is pending the toxicology results.
