RICHFORD — A 35-year-old man from North Troy was charged with DUI following a crash with injuries in Richford yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Jay Road at around 11:20 p.m.
According to the report, EMS transported a man who was identified as Walter Ricardez to the Northwestern Medical Center for injuries.
Following an investigation, police allege that Ricardez was impaired while operating the vehicle.
He was processed for DUI and issued a citation to appear in court to answer for the charge.
