BARNARD — A 45-year-old resident of Barnard was involved in a single-vehicle crash with injuries yesterday.
The crash took place in Barnard on Royalton Turnpike, in the area of Daniels Road, at around 9:15 a.m.
According to the report, the driver lost control of the vehicle while traveling north before exiting the roadway.
The vehicle struck several tree stumps off-road.
The driver, identified as Micah Grant, sustained a possible head injury and was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
State police were assisted by the Royalton Police Department, Barnard First Response, and Barnard Fire Department.
Police are still investigating the crash.
