RICHFORD — A 62-year-old man from Enosburgh was arrested for his third DUI following a crash in Richford on Wednesday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Berry Road at around 7:10 p.m.
Richford Fire and EMS responded as well.
Following an investigation, police say they arrested Kevin Russell for driving under the influence.
He was transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing and admitted into Detox.
He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charge of DUI #3 on April 18.
