SUNDERLAND — A 59-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Sunderland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance at a home at around 7:35 p.m.
Police allege that Charlotte Jacobson, of Sunderland, physically assaulted a family member during an altercation.
She was arrested and transported by Probation and Parole to the Chittenden County Correction Center for violation of probation.
Police say the Honorable Judge Valente imposed conditions of release upon Jacobson and ordered her to appear in court today.
She is facing charges for 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault.
