STOCKBRIDGE — A 22-year-old woman from Rochester is facing charges following an incident in Stockbridge early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified that a vehicle was off the road on Blackmer Blvd. at around 12:10 a.m.
The caller told police that the driver, identified as Emilie Thompson, was possibly impaired.
Police say there was a 4-year-old child with her at the time.
Troopers responded to the scene and spoke to Thompson.
Following an investigation, police allege that Thompson was under the influence of intoxicants.
She was transported to the Royalton barracks for processing.
She was given a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of DUI and cruelty to a child.
