HOLLAND — A 42-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Holland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault on School Road at around 10:00 p.m.
Police allege that Bill Richards, of Holland, had physically harmed a household member.
Richards was taken into custody for 1st degree aggravated domestic assault.
He was transported to the Derby barracks by state police for processing.
He was later lodged at Northern Correctional Facility with a citation.
