CHESTER — A 63-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Chester last week.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible violation of a relief from abuse order on Route 11, at around 2:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that David Guion, of Chester, was in violation of a relief from abuse order.
Guion was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was cited and released on a new set of conditions to appear in court, on February 22 to answer the charge.
