BROWNINGTON — A 31-year-old man from East Calais was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Brownington on Sunday.
Authorities were notified that a man was seen slumped over his steering wheel at around 12:45 p.m.
The driver was identified as Tyler Gomes.
Following an investigation, police say that Gomes showed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on January 18 to answer to the charge.
