RICHFORD — A 44-year-old man was cited following an incident in Richford on Thursday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic disturbance at around 10:10 p.m.
According to the report, Brandy Miller, of Richford, was involved in a verbal argument and was intoxicated.
Police say that Miller has conditions of release not to consume alcohol.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on February 15 to answer for the charge of violation of conditions of release.
