WATERBURY — A 32-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Waterbury back in November.
Authorities were notified by Kinney Drugs on US Route 2, of a retail theft incident.
Following an investigation, police say they identified the offender as Ramsey Haskins, of Waterbury.
Based on evidence collected, police executed a search warrant at his residence for the stolen items on December 2.
This search warrant yielded the discovery of regulated drugs.
Haskins was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant at his home today.
He was brought to the Middlesex barracks for processing and transported to the court to answer the charges of arrest on a warrant, retail theft, and possession of a regulated drug.
