BOLTON — A 34-year-old man from St. Albans was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Bolton this morning.
Authorities were notified of an overturned Rinehart Foods box truck on US Route 2, at the intersection of Bolton Valley Access Road, at around 6:30 a.m.
According to the report, the driver of the truck, lost his brakes while traveling down Bolton Valley Access Road, and was unable to navigate a turn onto US Route 2.
The truck rolled over the guardrail.
The route was down to one lane for a period of time while the truck was removed, and police say the driver only suffered minor injuries.
Police are still investigating this crash.
State Police were assisted on scene by members of the Bolton Fire Department, Richmond Rescue, and the Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division.
