Police: Gunshot fired during argument in Orleans

ORLEANS — Police are investigating after a gunshot was fired following an argument in Orleans on Monday.

At around 11:30 p.m. on November 15, the Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single shot fired at the intersection of Water Street and East Street.

Witnesses told police a dark color Cadillac and a red sedan were both involved in the incident.

Witnesses reported hearing the gunshot and both vehicles fleeing the scene.

Trooper Logan Miller says that nobody was hit or injured during the argument.

Police are looking for anyone with information on either of the vehicles or those inside to call 802-334-8881.
