READSBORO — Authorities are investigating a burglary that took place in Readsboro on Monday.
Police say the Readsboro General Store on Main Street was burglarized at around 10:10 p.m.
Forced entry was made through the front door and numerous items were stolen from inside the store.
Owners of the store posted on Facebook that mostly cartons of cigarettes were stolen.
Police are still investigating this case.
