PLYMOUTH — A 59-year-old man is facing charges following a crash in Plymouth on Saturday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Messer Hill Road at around 5:35 p.m.
State police say that Peter Courtney, of Plymouth, was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he drove off the road on Messer Hill Road and rolled the vehicle.
Following an investigation, police allege that Courtney had been drinking and had a criminally suspended license.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland State Police barracks for processing.
He was released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in court on November 30 to answer the charges of DUI #2 and criminal DLS.
