GROTON — Police are continuing to investigate the death of a 59-year-old woman in Groton that took place earlier this month.
Authorities were notified of this death on October 3.
Police identified the decedent as Mary Ellen Corbett, of Groton.
Police say a determination on the cause and manner of death is awaiting final autopsy results, including toxicology, from the Vermont Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington.
Police say there is no indication of a danger to the community.
