BERKSHIRE — A 31-year-old man was arrested following a shooting incident in Berkshire on Saturday.
Authorities were notified of a disturbance at a party at a home on Montgomery Road at around 11:30 p.m.
Police say there was a party going on at a home and that a man had been in a dispute with several individuals who were refusing to leave.
Police say Stewart Arbuckle fired several rounds from a handgun into the air near a crowd of individuals who were gathered in the driveway of the residence.
A short time later, Arbuckle was taken into custody without further incident.
He was issued a flash citation to appear before the court on August 23 for the offense.
