SWANTON — Police are investigating two reported thefts that took place in Swanton early this morning.
Ryan Kilpek told police that he had been the victim of a theft from his vehicles between 3:45 a.m and 04:10 a.m.
Kilpek said that while he was asleep an unknown subject approached his vehicles and stole some cash inside.
While conducting a neighborhood canvass, police say Paul Laroe, 53, of Swanton, was identified as a second victim.
Laroe had a Milwaukee Hacksaw stolen from the tool box of his truck.
