NEWPORT — A 30-year-old man from Morgan has been arrested, and police are looking for a second suspect after another burglary in Orleans County.
Police say Joseph Gaudreau is facing charges after they opened an investigation into a break-in at a residence in Newport Center on Tuesday.
Two men forcefully entered an apartment on VT Route 105 at around 8:00 p.m.
One of the suspects was identified by police as Gaudreau.
Gaudreau was taken into custody and released on a citation to appear in Court on Tuesday.
Police say the identity of the second suspect is still unknown at this time.
