JAY — A 28-year-old driver from Prince Edward Island was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Jay yesterday.
Police say Harvinder Singh was headed west on Vermont Route 105 when he lost control of his vehicle.
Singh’s tractor-trailer crossed the center line and ran off the road, flipping on its side.
Vermont Route 105 was temporarily closed near the very top of the mountain as a result of the crash.
Police say Singh was not injured during the incident, but he was ticketed for traveling too fast for road conditions.
The crash took place at around 8:45 a.m.
