CORINTH — A 44-year-old Corinth man was arrested Thursday on felony charges after allegedly stealing and using another person’s credit card, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Derek E. Mosher faces charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and third-degree identity theft, a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation that began when deputies received a larceny report on Fuller Road in Corinth on April 4 at 12:22 a.m.
