ST. JOHNSBURY — A 24-year-old St. Johnsbury woman is facing charges after allegedly violating court-ordered conditions on April 24.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report of the violation at approximately 11:48 p.m. in the Town of St. Johnsbury.
After speaking with a witness at the scene and conducting an investigation, authorities determined that Haley Liberty had committed two violations of court-ordered conditions.
Liberty had fled from the scene but was later located by troopers.
She was issued a citation to appear in the Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on May 19 at 8:30 a.m.
