CUBA — Cuba police arrested a 67-year-old Olean man on April 23 after he allegedly caused a disturbance at several local businesses.
James Miller was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, according to a police department press release.
The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when Miller allegedly created disturbances at multiple businesses in Cuba.
Miller was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
The charges include violations for disorderly conduct and harassment, along with misdemeanor counts of obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Miller is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
